Insurance Claim Investigation We investigate claims to determine if in fact an employee has faked or exaggerated their injuries, has unreported income, or employment at a second job, multiple claims under multiple identities. Our typical investigation would determine the claimant’s current activities, any full or part time employment, held since date of loss, dependants, household income, health status, civil or criminal litigations, and recreational or strenuous activities in or around the home. We can also check to determine whether the claimant has had any previous workers compensation claims and obtain a copy of claimants driving history. If warranted, we can also conduct surveillance to further ascertain social, employment and recreational activities. The client will be provided will a full detailed report relative to the findings of our investigation. WORKER COMPENSATION / SURVEILLANCE / SUB ROSA The LV Falvo Private Investigations and Process Services provide surveillance of a claimant to determine his or her activities, and the validity of the claim. Surveillance is conducted at the request of the attorney or insurance carrier. The LV Falvo Private Investigations and Process Services provides a professional typewritten report. Video and photographs are secured with state of the art equipment.
