MATRIMONIAL INVESTIGATIONS

INFIDELITY

This agency with the advice of the client, will select the times that may be the most productive to conduct surveillance. Investigators then conduct the surveillance, so as to show inclination, time and opportunity and a course of conduct.

Inclination can be the subject, with a third party of the opposite sex together. The have inclination because one is a male and one in a female.

Time and opportunity is the amount of time the two of them spend together alone, which gives them the opportunity to commit adultery.

A course of conduct is documenting the subject and a third party, where they have time and opportunity on at least two occasions. This is dependent, of course, on the amount of time they spend together, where the time is spent, and whether anyone else is present during that time.

In those cases where the subject may use a hotel or motel, generally there is no doubt in the courts mind as to what their purpose for being at the hotel/motel with someone of the opposite sex is.

The client picks the times that would be the most productive and those are the times that the investigation is conducted

The investigators who work the case will be available to testify on the behalf of the client. Two investigators are generally used for this type of investigation because it is much easier to tail someone, less chance of the investigators being spotted and less chance of losing the subjects in traffic. But, most importantly, if your case should end up in court, you will have corroboration of testimony, two witnesses who observed the same event. Video and photographs are secured on all investigations.

CHILD CUSTODY

Child Custody is a multi faceted investigation which may be as benign as conducting a background investigation, or as complicated and in-depth as conducting surveillance, background, financial investigations, and interviewing of neighbors, friends, and family members.

The client may question information given to them by the subject. The LV Falvo Private Investigations will conduct an investigation based on the information given by the client.

Pre-Marital investigations generally determine the subject’s prior marital status, whether they have any children, the subject’s financial situation, and a criminal records check.

Pre-Marital Investigations can also involve providing surveillance, Especially in those cases where the client suspects that their potential spouse may be involved with another person, or may be less than honest in other aspects of their life.

ASSET CHECK

An Asset Check involves locating real property, bank accounts, safe deposit boxes, stocks, annuities, and all types of investments, statewide and internationally. For any account information or investment information, the investigative agency only works through the client’s attorney as these types of asset checks are governed by very strict laws. This type of investigation must be requested by the client’s attorney. It must conform to FCRA ( Fair Credit Reporting Act ).

Background Checks
