MYSTERY SHOP/ COVERT VIDEO

Mystery shops have been around for a very long time. Clients often think of honesty shops where an investigator goes into a bar as a mystery shopper undercover and observes the bar tender to make sure he or she isn’t cheating or stealing. There is a new type of mystery shopping service called Covert Video Mystery Shopping. Instead of honesty checks, these shops are done by an investigator who covertly video tapes so that management of car dealers, apartment rentals, car rental agencies, and new home builders along with bar owners, hotels and many other types of service businesses can make sure that their salesman are using the correct sales presentations in private sales, the bartender, or the store clerk are providing proper service and are honest and loyal. This new method of mystery shopping solves a major problem for such companies in that it helps them weed out people who are not suitable for professional personal sales presentations as well helps the company identify weak points that can be used in training for the sales and customer service staff. This method provides a new and unique way for certain types of businesses to keep the edge in excellence when it comes to providing customer service and personal sales with clients and potential customers.

HOTEL CHECKS

This type of investigation requires an investigator, to check in and stay at the hotel for an overnight, writing a report on all of the functions of the hotel from the time the investigator contacts the hotel to make a reservation, to check in, to room service, maid service bar, restaurant, the other facilities, even testing the security of the hotel.

BARS/RESTAURANTS

The LV Falvo Private Investigations and Process Service uses a team of two investigators, generally a male and a female, who pose as customers inside the bar/restaurant, and conduct an investigation which would assist the owner to the bar/restaurant, in determining the employee honesty, the service the employees are providing to the customers, and a general overview of the operation while the investigators are present in the establishment.
